Ordering / Shipping
Our ordering system does not allow customers to purchase products that are out of stock. If an item is unavailable, a "Notify me" button will appear instead of “Add to Cart.” Follow the link and enter your email address. You will be notified when the product becomes available again.
Delivery time depends on destination. Typical shipping time is:

2–3 weeks within Europe
 - 
2–5 weeks outside Europe
 - 
Dental X-ray films: 4–8 weeks
 
Customers pay shipping fees. Products are shipped from Norway via Norwegian Post as CarryOn Cash parcels or letters, depending on weight. Tracking numbers are provided for parcels exceeding 2 kg on the same day the order is shipped.
For parcels over 20 kg, please contact us for a shipping quote. Once shipping charges are determined, we will send you a Stripe invoice.
Materials are shipped tax-free from Norway. Import duties, VAT, customs fees, and handling charges may be applied when the shipment enters your country. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility. Small orders may arrive without duty applied, depending on local regulations.
International Shipping, Customs & Duties
For orders shipped outside of Norway, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs fees, or handling charges that may apply upon import. These costs are not included in product prices and must be paid upon arrival in the destination country.
Failure to pay such fees may result in the package being returned to us. The customer is liable for all related costs.
Unclaimed or Refused Shipments
If a shipment is not collected within the carrier’s deadline, or if the recipient refuses to pay required customs or import fees, the order is returned to us.
In these cases:

This does not qualify as a valid return under the right of withdrawal.

Only the product cost will be refunded once the goods are returned to us in undamaged condition.
 - 
Outbound shipping, return shipping, and any additional fees will be deducted from the refund.
 
Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal applies only after the customer has received the goods. Unclaimed or refused deliveries are not considered valid use of this right.
Payment
Fomafoto accepts Stripe Global Payment Services for secure online payments.
Credit card numbers and other sensitive information are fully protected when transmitted over the internet, as this information is entered on the Stripe website and protected using SSL encryption. Fomafoto will never receive, manage, or store your credit card details.

Returns and Faulty Products
If you believe a product is faulty, contact us before returning it. Do not return products without prior notice. If a product is confirmed to be defective, we will either fully refund your expenses or send an equivalent replacement.

We keep our prices as low as possible to help offset shipping costs from Norway.
