Ordering system in shop does not allow to order products witch are out of stock. In case an item is out of stock, "Notify me" will apear instead og "Add to Cart" button. Folow the link and put in your e-mail. You´ll be notified when product is available for ordering again.
Delivery time depends on the destination of shipment. Usually 4 to 14 days.
Delivery time of Dental X-ray films is 3 - 4 weeks.
Customer pays shipping fees. Products will be shipped through Norwegian post as CarryOn Cash parcels or letters, depending on weight of a package. Tracking number for parcels exceeding weight 2kg will be supplied the same day the order is shipped. See our shipping prices .
For parcels exceeding weight of 20kg send us a message to get a reasonable shipping price. When shipping charges are determined, we will send you a Paypal invoice.
Materials are shipped out of Norway tax free. Import duties may be applied to your order while crossing borders of your country, depending on the country and total purchase cost. These charges are always the recipient`s responsibility. Small orders may arrive without duty applied.

Your Fomafoto payments will appear on your credit card statement as DIBS transactions, since DIBS collects payments for Fomafoto. When paying online.
If you`ll find a product faulty, contact us before returning it. Do not attempt to return product without announcement. If a product is proved to be defective we will refund fully yours expenses or send you an equal replacement.
We are keeping our prices at low level, trying to compensate for shipment fees from Norway.
